An abbreviated list of the changes in MariaDB 5.1 can be found in the Changelog.
The release notes for the various MariaDB releases are listed here in reverse chronological order (newest on top). Release notes are additive, meaning the 5.1.38 release notes apply to the 5.1.39 release, unless the 5.1.39 release notes say otherwise, and so on.
