TODO application
A company wide TODO manager, where everyone can add, delete and change tasks for everyone else
Main features
- Needs to be run on askmonty.org
- As easy to get an overview of everything as the current wiki page
- Many task categories per person
- Task that are allocated to project-name (not a person)
Hierarchy is thus something like
Person/project/product
Task group
Task name
Sub task (optional)
Being able to add any number of sub tasks would be nice!
- Easy to move tasks between persons and tasks
- Done tasks are 'hidden', but can be seen by clicking on a button.
- Separate view for all done tasks.
- Possibility to add new tasks and close tasks by email
- All changes should generate email to those that are 'watching' a task.
- Possibility to mark task 'private' so that it's not seen by anyone not employed (for customer tasks)
